We have now achieved the Investors in People Standard.

By achieving this standard every employee will have increased awareness of where the Company is now and where we are going through revised recruitment, induction and training techniques.

Communication plays an important part in the standard. Our new approach will include the introduction of a workers committee and company newsletter.All members of staff will be given the opportunity to input their ideas for future improvements through a new staff appraisal system and will have a full understanding of what their individual contribution is and what it means to the ongoing success of the Company.
